Mandela Station - Oakland, CA
In partnership with SUDA and MacFarlane Partners, DGI will transform a parking lot and land surrounding the West Oakland BART station into a 762 mixed-income unit project. This massive multi-phased transit-oriented development (TOD) project will create 240 affordable units, 75,000 SF of retail, and include 300,000 SF Life Science offices across three buildings to create jobs for community members.
