Seattle Public Housing Authority (SHA) - Seattle, WA
In 1995, DGI began working with SHA to finance six phases of public housing demolition and rebuilding over 3,000 mixed-income rental and homeowner units, spanning eight communities within sixteen years. The High Point phase of the project integrated “green” natural drainage and stormwater management system and was a 2007 Rudy Bruner Award Silver Medalist.
